Biography
Arthur Gain is a Russian-born figurative artist currently based in Spain, near Barcelona. Though widely self-taught he has attended workshops and took private lessons from renowned painters and teachers, Nick Alm, Steve Huston and Felicia Forte to name a few among others. Constantly drawing inspiration from the works of Great Masters such as John Singer Sargent, Anders Zorn, Ilya Repin and Joaquin Sorolla he finds his main interest in human spirit.
