Biography
Gayle was born and raised in New Mexico and now resides in Goldthwaite, Texas. Gayle is a mostly self-taught artist having learned early drawing and watercolor skills from her mother. She obtained an Associates Degree in Advertising Art where she specialized in illustration.
She lives on a small farm with her fiancé, Wayne, 2 Morgan horses, chickens, ducks, cats, a herd of Corgis and a Australian Shepherd. Horses have been a part of her life since she could walk with her being the fourth generation in her family to raise Morgans. Being in the saddle trail riding many miles and working on local cattle ranches in New Mexico has given her a deep appreciation and respect for nature and the cowboy way of life. This is all reflected in her graphite and colored pencil artwork.
