Biography
Wendy is mainly a self-taught artist who's training also includes some time in Florence studying the methods of the Old Masters and various workshops with internationally acclaimed artists. Her work has been exhibited and collected internationally, from Belgium to New Zealand.
Wendy has had success in art competitions and has been represented by galleries in the UK and abroad. Apart from showing her work, Wendy also accepts portrait, figurative and landscape commissions.
Her work is eclectic and offers a range of mediums and styles. Renowned mostly for her classical portraits and still lifes in oil, she also likes to create colourful landscapes in pastel. She remains curious regarding alternative approaches to her art, often experimenting with different styles, mediums and subjects.
